Disk Two:
Near the Patio
Once you have landed, explore to the left of the screen and you will find a Sparkly! Then, come back and take a good look at the balcony’s trellis. There is a hole Mia could slip through! Click on the weeds to climb up. Under the balcony, try to tickle the cute little worms that appear sporadically. Cross the bridge, but beware of the tumbleweeds. If you go too far, they may take you with them or give you a scare. Don’t forget to retrieve the Sparkly to your right.
The Fortune Teller
Click on the stairs that lead to the fortune teller’s caravan and Mia will lead you in. There is a world of magical things to discover inside. Take the time to explore. Oh no! What is wrong with the fortune teller? Maybe you can help her. Click on her and see. Can she show us the future?
CRYSTAL BALL ACTIVITY (Series of numbers, ascending and descending order)
Decipher the pattern in the series of numbers, then click and drag the missing figures into the appropriate spot. The fortune teller will then reveal the future (well, actually the past). Continue on your way by clicking on the door handle to the right. Make sure to be on the lookout for all of the items you will need for your trap. If you forget, take a peek in Mia’s notebook!
In the Kitchen
If you walk towards the right, you will find the spoon you need. Try to pick it up at least twice. Continue exploring, green friend might be nearby... Oh! Freddy is in trouble! The yellow cookie-cutter might help you climb up the pot to help him.
FROG ACTIVITY (Measuring temperature)
Listen to Freddy’s instructions and click on the requested temperature. You will need two right answers to open each clasp. Once Freddy is free, make your way to the end of the counter and find the secret passage by clicking on the special tile.
Miguel’s Elevator
Once on the other side, Miguel will be more than happy to show you his newest creation: a security device for his elevator. |

CALCULATOR ACTIVITY (Using a calculator, comparing and estimating)
Look at the equation on the top left side. Estimate whether the solution is equal to, greater than or less than the solution to the equation on the bottom. Next, find the answers with the calculator and indicate the correct answer on the right side.
Now you can take the elevator to the hallway that leads to Grandma Mimi’s. But don’t forget to keep your eyes peeled for the objects you will need to build your trap! You will pass by Mia’s door and see the cousins hiding in the closet (if you click in the right places)! Make sure to pick up all of the Sparklies you see, they are crucial to your mission’s success!
To the right, at the end of the hallway, you will find the door to Grandma Mimi’s house. Find Scary by clicking on his web. He will help you build your trap if you help him finish his fly cakes!
FLY ACTIVITY (Missing numbers)
Watch the flies go by. Each one has a specific place in the equation grid. Click and drag them to their proper place. Now you can build the trap and change the future! Once your mission is complete, take the elevator (by clicking on the appropriate button) to the patio outside where you left the time machine.
Next to the Patio
If you click all around, you will see Freddy and Mousse to your right. What? The time machine has disappeared! Find it in the cave with Pompon and Nopompon, the evil cousins. It will be easy to retrieve it considering how greedy they are... they will trade it for pies!
As you make your way out of the cave, you can make a wish while throwing pebbles into the well or try to find all of the dragonflies hidden along the stoney walls. Now, go to the left, out of the cave and click on the chipmunk!
PIE ACTIVITY (Fractions)
Listen to Pompon and Nopompon’s requests then choose the right pie cutter by clicking and dragging it over the appropriate pie. Place the pieces on the plate and click on the bell. Keep feeding them until they cannot eat anymore. Great, the time machine is yours again! Click on the test tube to add the Sparklies you have found. Next, take your place in the driver’s seat, start it up and get ready for your trip back to the future. |
