The exhibition room
The exhibition room contains many important hints and items. Not far from Grandma Mimi’s wheelchair, you will find a torn piece of the certificate she has received as a prize. Click on the piece of paper to pick it up. It’s an important hint! Right of the wheelchair, there is a precious stone. It’s a Sparkly! Click on the gem and drag it over to Mia. She will grab it and put it away in her backpack. To open the door of the phone booth, where poor Dingbat is caught, use the nail that you will find left of the wheelchair. Once he is freed, Dingbat will give Mia an unreadable note. Go find Freddy the frog to help you decipher Dingbat’s message. Freddy’s old camera will decode the note and then deliver Mia a very important access card. Whenever Mia picks something up, she stows it in her backpack. Pressing the F1 key will provide an inventory of the backpack contents as well as the Sparkly count. The exhibition room has exits at both ends. However, Mia will not be able to leave the room before you complete the camera activity. Later on, you will have to come back to this room to look for a hidden spring. Check out the old camera again.

The secret door’s antechamber
Near the entrance of the antechamber, Mia meets Marty who has lost his glasses. Mia suggests trying to look for a magnifying glass to help out her friend. You will find it near the rolled up carpets. Freddy’s camera has given you an access card that opens a secret door. You first have to find where to use this card. Here is a hint. The access card must be inserted in a mechanism that is on the wall. Before you can use the card you will have to find the two missing pieces of the mechanism. That’s right! It is broken. You will find one of the two pieces near the main entrance. It’s a golden gear. The second piece of the mechanism is a crank. Sometimes it is hidden in a painting and other times you will find it on the ground. There are two pieces of Grandma’s certificate to find in this room. One of them is near the rolled up carpets and the other one is next to the pencil holder. Keep your eyes open! There is also a sparkly to find somewhere.

The teenager’s bedroom
When entering the teenager’s bedroom look carefully around, there is a piece of Grandma’s certificate near by. It is very important that you pick up all the pieces of the certificate scattered here and there. A bit further, you will come across Dingbat whose cape in caught in the tape cassette player. He’s asking for your help. You should give him a hand. Don’t forget to pick up the astronaut’s helmet when you pass it by. You are going to need it later. There is another piece of the certificate left of a videocassette. You will later bump into Scary who is in a pitiful state. Maybe you can help him? Take a look inside the virtual headset close by.


Roboto’s workshop
The left exit of the exhibition room will lead you to Roboto’s workshop. The blue robot is working on a new invention. Near the entrance, under a nail, you will find another piece of Grandma’s certificate. In order to start up his invention, Roboto will ask for your help. To do so, you will have to input specific numbers on the strange calculator. Unfortunately, the invention’s strong vibrations will cause the little bridge to collapse. To cross back over, you will have to find a spring to launch Mia over the gap. There is a spring somewhere in the exhibition room. Furthermore, it’s important that Mia wears a helmet to protect herself from a brutal landing! Did you notice the red sparkly when crossing the bridge?

Salvador’s studio
Roboto’s invention will transport Mia to Salvador’s art studio. A very strange phenomenon has taken place in the studio. All the colors have disappeared! Everything is in black and white including poor Salvador! In order to bring back the colors to the studio, you will have to use a color wheel that you will find further along the way. Walking towards the color wheel you might notice that there is a moving piece of paper on the billboard? You must absolutely retrieve this piece of paper before you leave the studio. Near the blue and green paint tubes you will find an extension that will be very useful once Salvador has given you a hook. To exit the studio, walk Mia to the far left end of the workbench and click on the blind’s cord hanging there. You’ll be off to the garden!

The flowerbed alongside the house
Mia lands underneath the basement’s window, where there is a nice flowerbed alongside the house. Looking for Romaine, Mia bumps into the cousins Pompon and Nopompon. The two agree to tell Mia where Romaine is hiding if she accepts to help them sort some stamps and accompany them to see a collector. Mia doesn’t have much choice. She agrees. Once the stamps have been sorted out and traded for sparklies, walk Mia to the right end of the flowerbed. The cousins are waiting for her. Hop into the basket and off you go!
