Q: I installed the game successfully on my computer, however once inside the game, it seems I can't click everywhere and the animations are not all showing. What's the problem?

A: There can be a problem of this kind if you have Flash 8 installed on your computer. To resolve the problem, follow these steps:

1. After making sure you exit out of the EazySpeak program, click the following link or copy it in the location bar of your Web browser:

Your browser will ask you if you wish to Open or Save the "doki-latam.exe" file or "doki-french.exe" file.

2. Choose to save the file on your Desktop.
The file is downloaded from our server to your computer. The file weighs 1.5 MB in and displays the Doki character icon on your Desktop when the download is over.

3. Delete (or rename) the original "doki-latam.exe" file found in the EazySpeak game folder (normally installed under "C:\Program Files\Kutoka\EazySpeak ...\ ") .

4. Copy (or move) the new "doki-latam.exe" file on your Desktop in place of the old one inside the EazySpeak game folder. After that, you can start the EazySpeak game the usual way.

Q: I get an error message as soon as I insert the EazySpeak CD.
What's the problem?

A: This is a known issue with the installation program used for the game. Some updates to Windows XP, like security hotfixes from Windows Update, will sometimes remove a file needed by the installation program. Following the update, the file is no longer in its default location. To solve the problem, click on the link below and save the file to "C:\Windows\System 32". After doing this, the InstallShield program should execute normally and allow you to install your EazySpeak game.
